Casa Nausicaa is a seaview apartment with private terrace located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, on one of the main streets between the city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia and the area where most of the bars and restaurants are located.



The living room of the accommodation opens on a splendid view overlooking the cliffs of Monopoli. There is a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, Casa Nausicaa can therefore accommodate up to four people and is equipped with A / C and Wi-Fi.

Casa Nausicaa is located in a building in the historic center of Monopoli facing the sea. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where we find the entrance door of the apartment on the left.

The first area is an entrace hallway between the sleeping area and the living area, here there is an air conditioner and a small balcony overlooking the characteristic alley of the historic center.



On the left we find the double bedroom, this one also with a small balcony overlooking the historic center.



Moving to the living area there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a table with chairs. From this living room you can enjoy the seaview through a bright window overlooking the cliff. There is also a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen, equipped with induction hob, sink, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Through a spiral staircase in the kitchen, you can access the private terrace overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying summer evenings.
