"The apartment was awesome and in a great location. The rooftop patio gave a spectacular view of the sea and city. It was a great place to go to relax in the afternoon when it was hot. Our host Giusy was outstanding and provided us with key locations like grocery stores and bakeries, assisted with transportation and answered any communication promptly. Highly recommend and will consider returning for a second vacation."

"The property is at a good location but unfortunately the beach Cala Porta Vecchia and the road was under renovation 2025 which made it much less convenient. The street is busy at the evenings as it is the Main Street but the sound isolation in the apartment is good so we were happy with the sound level. The shower is very small though."

"Elisabetta is the best and you will love her apartment. Absolutely spotless and very comfortable. I slept great here and was able to make some meals in the provided kitchenette and utensils. Bed is comfortable, AC works well if it’s hot. Apartment has everything you need and Elisabetta will give tips on the best restaurants, cafes, beaches etc. stay here for a home away from home in Monopoli. "

"First I will acknowledge that the owner helped us the first day with the air conditioner. The air conditioner, only cool, living and kitchen area and hallway. Very little gets into the two bedrooms we had to have the floor fan on. Which means they must know it doesn't cool the rooms because if not, they wouldn't have the floor fans.
