Suite with Pool is one of the two solutions that make up the mini complex Dimora Sardaro Suites, a finely restored historic home in Monopoli`s Murattian center.
The cozy mini apartment is the result of a refined renovation that has optimized its spaces and equipped it with every comfort. The exclusive pool represents a true luxury for stays in the city.
Located on the ground floor of a historic mansion, the apartment is at the end of a small hallway and consists of typical, bright rooms.
The entrance is in a small hallway, from which you enter the shower room and the dining area furnished with mini kitchenette, table, chairs, TV and sofa.
The sleeping area is 1 double bedroom with smart TV, air conditioning and direct access to the patio and pool. The real luxury of this solution is precisely this oasis of quiet all dedicated to relaxation and well-being. Upon request, the pool can be heated (extra charge).

Dimora Sardaro Suites is located in the heart of Monopoli, a short walk from the famous Piazza Vittorio Emanuele and the enchanting Cathedral of Santa Maria Santissima della Madia.
The location makes it easy to reach the town`s main attractions on foot, walking among the stores in the center, along the characteristic narrow streets of the historic center or to the beach of Cala Porta Vecchia, which is only 500 m away.
Monopoli`s famous Porto Vecchio is a 10-minute walk away, and from there you can visit the Carlo V Castle.
The facility is convenient both for those traveling by car, with free parking nearby, and for those who choose transportation, with the train station only 850 m away.
Being based here, one can go to discover the wonders of the entire province of Bari, including the towns of Polignano a Mare, the splendid Alberobello protected by Unesco for its unique and unrepeatable historic center made of trulli, the caves of Castellana or the renowned village of Locorotondo.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from April to November. Opening of the pool in low season euro 300, to pay upon arrival.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- To have the pool heated we need a request at least 24 hours before arrival.
- The apartment is equipped with a mini kitchenette and a mini sink.
