The perfect home base in Puglia

We loved our stay at Casa Pepitas and would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the beautiful town of Monopoli and the Puglia region. Just steps away from the water, the apartment was spotless and was great to accommodate our family of 5 and two extra adults. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit!

Spacious, spotless, host provides lots of local info, beach umbrellas v welcome, well-located minutes between old town and beaches, small Carrefour at bottom of building for all grocery needs. Parking near building easy for us but some restrictions kick in from Jun. 15,’25.

Beautiful

Excellent location within walking distance to the town centre and beach. Beautiful bright apartment with lots of space, well equipped kitchen, and multiple balconies with sea and town views. A couple of small things that would be nice to include - beach towels, coffee pods. There is a grocery store right around the corner for whatever you need. Loved our stay in Monopoli and would definitely recommend this apartment

Dear Pepita's, we have loved our stay in your apartment and it has made our first holiday together an incredible experience. From the morning sea view with caffé leccese to aperitivo with mozzarella and taralli with the old town view. We also liked having a desk and WIFI because a few hours we had to work, luckily there was good air conditioning because it was very hot outside We will definitely come back in this apartment for another holiday. J and P
