"It was just an Ok property. Location is good. Breakfast was far away and not very good. Street was very loud, because it was right in the middle of town. Beach far away. No windows. Poor ventilation. Staff was good. I would not go back, though. There was no telephone to call when I arrived. I asked nearby and they told me to go to the next location and ask. Their communication was outstanding, and they made me feel truly welcomed every step of the way. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of beautiful Monopoli. If you’re arriving by car, they clearly explain where to stop, then pick you up in a golf cart and escort you to the hotel. Upon arrival, they personally show you around the town and take you to your room, making the entire experience effortless. I was lucky enough to stay in a stunning three-level suite overlooking the sea. It had a terrace, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and every little detail was carefully thought out. Housekeeping was exceptional—they beautifully prepared the room every day, and everything was always spotless. During my stay, I celebrated my birthday. A friend wanted to send me a surprise gift, and after contacting the front desk, the staff handled everything with such kindness and professionalism.
