"Our stay at the Hampton City Centre Dundee was wonderful. All staff we interacted with were very friendly and very helpful. Any requests we had were met with no hesitation- from baggage storage until we could check in, to storing our take away food containers until we were ready to eat. They provided us with information regarding tours and things to do and see during our stay. The room was excellent and well maintained. "Paid for a suite, got the honeymoon suite. Would have expected a mini fridge and bathrobes, but my problem as I did not check beforehand. situated at the back and side of the hotel, no view, shame as the hotel is in a lovely place. Very warm in the room and windows only slightly open, no fan or air conditioning. Overall a lovely stay though"
"Staff were so friendly, extremely helpful in so many ways but in particular helping with my uncle and mothers mobility issues regarding scooter hire, with availability of their own wheelchairs also for use, my mother had a fall on day one and they were so good in helping too, fantastic care from all staff.
Hotel was immaculate, staff were immaculate and I really can’t fault them at all.
