"Absolutely beautiful property! The house came with everything we needed for our 7 day stay. As someone who has visited the area yearly since 2015 this was one of the best local places we’ve stayed. The hosts were extremely communicative and the check in process was seamless. We got the chance to meet the gentleman who takes care of the yard work who came back the next day to make sure we had plenty of wood for the fire pit! Will definitely be renting one of their properties for all of our future stays in Lubec!"

"Cute cottage with lots of character! It was clean and had everything you need. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the beautiful view while I drank my morning coffee. Our two young boys loved pretending the small separate cottage, Minke Manor, was their clubhouse. We had a wonderful stay!"

"We had the best stay at this beautiful place in Lubec. Great location. Views from the deck were better than pictured. Great kitchen with just about everything you would need. We loved opening all the windows in the evening and enjoying the fresh cool air. Beds were comfortable. Check-in and checkout were easy and straightforward. The only issue we had was the ice maker in the fridge was not working. I contacted Felicia and with the hour her husband delivered 9 ice cube trays. Amazing! Lubec was our favorite stop on our trip up the Maine coast. We didn't want to leave"

"The view is why you pick this Vrbo. Couldn’t get closer to the water. Comfortable bed, easy to get downtown with a simple walk. We did eat a Blackbeards. Just got some nachos but looking forward to trying some of the other menu items. Kitchen was well equipped if you did want to cook anything.We enjoyed our stay and would return."

"Fabulous house with stunning views. We really enjoyed staying at Birch Point. Very clean and comfortable. It was wonderful to watch the tides, explore the beach, have happy hour on the upper deck, and dinner on the middle deck. Great hiking nearby. No crowds. The Bold Coast earns its title up here. Campobello Island is also beautiful, with good hikes, a great lighthouse, and the Roosevelt summer home. This is our second time visiting Lubec, but our first time staying at Birch Point. We will definitely be back!"
