Loved the shangri-la. It really was a terrific hotel and far above the standard hotel in UB. It was easy for them to arrange private taxi to and from the airport and they were wonderful in catering to my every request. The gym was also amazing! Hug, spacious and very new equipment. Breakfast was standard for an international hotel. Overall, my time at the shangri-la made for a very pleasant experience.

Perfect location. Helpful friendly staff. The breakfast room is a bit dark - sit out in the balcony section for a brighter start to the day.
