"The Baymont is a budget hotel. For a budget hotel it was a good value. The beds were clean and comfortable, the staff super friendly, and the grounds safe. They always provided plenty of towels during my stay. It is an older building. Although it was clean, it still showed its age. As with most hotels, it’s not sound proof. The toilets were of the shorter, round variety. If you have kids, this is a great feature. If you are 6ft or taller, you may prefer a higher sitting toilet. It is pet friendly, with a place to walk your dog."

"The check in process left much to be desired. The desk clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. When she did come out, she was trying to manage a room crisis while checking us in. She was clearly overwhelmed by both tasks. As a result, our check in went poorly with rushed instructions and no discussion of hotel amenities or locations. She remarked several times that she was new, which may indicate that better training and greater staff support is needed."
