Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Enjoy 3 California king beds, a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin on top as well as a full futon in the second-floor bedrooms and two Queen beds on the first and ground floor that are complemented by 4 full-service bathrooms with showers for everyone’s convenience.

Spacious Living Areas: Unwind in the large living room or gather for homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen and dining area, designed for hosting memorable dinners.

The guests have access to the entire home, patio, boat dock with boat slip and floating dock.

The drive way is a steep grade please go slow. Parking to left of garage and in front of garage. Garage is not available for parking as it was turned into game room

The cleaning fee is $250 per stay. We ask that all food and beverages that were brought leave the home with you. All trash needs to be taken out of the home to the Bays Boys trash cans at the top of the drive way and secured in the two trash bins. There is a dishwasher for use in the home. There will be an extra cleaning fee of $100 if the home requires additional time to clean due to excessive dirt and mess. Thank you for respecting the home.

Guests will be provided with full linens for all the beds and 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, wash cloth and make-up towels. Also included is paper towels, a scrubby and small dishwashing detergent for an additional fee of $212 includes cost to deliver and launder) per stay. This linen fee includes duvet comforter, pillows, fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. The linens are delivered by local linen company. If you wish to have the beds made it is an extra $7.00 per bed.

The home is on a well water, although there is a water reserve you must conserve water when the home is at full occupancy.

Although we love pets, we will NOT be allowing pets on the property at this time. There will be a $200 fee for not following this house rule.

The land is heavily landscaped, but there is plenty of space for lounging and a future beach is coming in time for the summertime.

Also to note there is a very steep grade driveway that leads to the home. Please drive slow and cautiously down the driveway.

Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are allowed outside, but not in the home. There will be a $500 fee if there is evidence of smoking in the home.
No parties are allowed.

No pets.

No excessive noise or loud music during quiet hours as this is a residential lake community with families.

Please do not leave the fire pit unattended and give the grate on top when in use for safety.

Quiet time 9 pm- 7am
