We really liked the house and its surroundings. The jacuzzi pool was perfect. The only negative thing was that the upper bed room was very hot.

Family vacation (2y and 4y children) with friends (5y and 7y children).

We had a great stay at this place, hosted by the very friendly and helpful Fabio. He was always ready to help us with planning activities or answering questions about the house. The view from the veranda and the hot tub is amazing, with a beautiful view over the sea and the bay of Moneglia. With a certain amount of creativity, we managed to fit our group of four adults and four children comfortably in the house. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the location is very quiet. However, it’s important to know that you need to drive about 15 minutes to get to the nearest supermarket or beach. One challenge was the heat during our stay, which made it hard to sleep, especially in the upstairs bedrooms. Our friends had to move downstairs where it was cooler. Another thing to watch out for is the number of insects, especially ants, on the terrace and veranda. It’s important not to leave any food or crumbs outside, as this will attract ants quickly. Parking was also difficult during the high season, especially at the beaches in nearby towns like Moneglia and Sestri Levante, where it’s hard to find a spot unless you arrive early. Overall, despite a few small issues, we recommend this place. The beautiful view and Fabio’s help made it a special stay.

Sommerurlaub

Wir wurden vor Ort nett empfangen und es gab ein paar Tomaten aus dem Garten des Vermieters. Einmal fiel der Whirlpool aus, woraufhin der Vermieter wenige Stunden später sofort da war und alles wieder gangbar gemacht hat. Unsere Hunde waren auch Willkommen und fühlten sich Wohl dort. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, allerdings für Vierbeiner nicht ausbruchssicher. Im Haus ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man zum Kochen benötigt. Wir waren Rundum zufrieden, das einzige was uns gefehlt hat ist eine Klimaanlage im Haus bzw. zumindest in den Schlafzimmern. Wir würden wieder kommen. Alles in allem Ein schönes Haus mitten in den Bergen

fantastisk utsikt och omgivning

Huset var mycket vackert beläget men inte helt lätt att ta sig till. Mycket brant backe och kan bli svårt med en stor bil. Bra parkering vid huset. Städning mycket bra och fräscht hus. Vi har tidigare hyrt hus i Italien vid några tillfällen, men aldrig tidigare så bra utrustning i köket och välfungerande duschar med varmvatten. trevliga värdar. Det som drar ner betyget är att man vid bokning efterfrågade om vi önskade "Additional sheets and towels". Jag förutsatte att det ingick ett set/ person i bokningen. När vi kom fram visade det sig inte vara så varför det blev 60 Euro dyrare för oss. Vad det gäller jacuzzi så är det också otydligt att den endast fungerar juni-oktober. Bortsett från ovan kan jag verkligen rekommendera detta boende. Fantastisk miljö. Vi var där påsk 2024 och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns jeden Tag an dem großartigen Ausblick erfreut und die Ruhe und den Whirlpool genossen! Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche und der Grill haben zu gelungenen Abendessen beigetragen. Und der Vermieter stand bei jedem Anliegen schnell, freundlich und hilfreich zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation klappte dank Google gut. Wir freuen uns auf einen nächsten Aufenthalt!

belle vue mais il faut des muscles

la maison est bien équipée mais l'accès au parking est très très pentu. Impossible avec une remorque par exemple. pour info l'accès à la maison se fait par un escalier. la vue est splendide mais l'accès à la mer à pied prend une petite heure à pied par la route et le retour est aussi très pentu. Excellent pour les cuisses!!!

Très bon séjour

Nous étions 8 personnes et avons été reçu par Fabio et son épouse avec un vin local et un plateau de dégustation. Personnes agréables et à l’écoute de leurs hôtes. La description de la maison est fidèle à la réalité, très bien entretenus et l’endroit est reposant. Pas évident de trouver une plage gratuite avec de la place, aussi bien pour stationner que pour poser sa serviette. Les villages des 5terres sont tout simplement splendides et mieux vaut y aller en train... c’est le bon conseil donné par Fabio. Merci encore Fabio.

Un agréable séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Fabio. Le jardin/terrasse est agréable avec un panorama dépaysant. La maison est confortable et bien équipée. Les salles d'eau mériterait d'être rafraîchies. La route d'accès surprend à la première descente. Elle est comme le reste de la région, en pente. Mais c'est pas un problème, on s'y fait vite. L'emplacement est assez isolé, mais ça reste bien centré pour visiter la région. Et il faudrait préciser dans le descriptif que les charges ne sont pas incluse.

Schöne Lage

Dieses Ferienhaus eigent sich sicher viel besser in wärmere Jahreszeiten, denn die Heizung wird, wenn überhaupt, auf Sparflamme eingesetzt und nur wenn Gäste da sind. Somit hat sich überall bereits schon Schimmel gebildet, obwohl das Haus vor nicht sehr langer Zeit renoviert wurde. Schade. Und wenn Gäste im angebauten Nachbarhaus sind, hört man diese ziemlich gut. Ansonsten eine wahsinninige Aussicht und schönes Häuschen.

Tolles Haus in Traumlage

Ein wirklich schönes großes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Alles sehr gepflegt. Das Haus liegt am Hang mit einem unglaublichen Blick über grüne Hügel bis Runter zum Meer. Wir haben Abends meist einfach im Garten gelegen und uns den Sternhimmel, Mond, Gewitter über dem Meer angeschaut. Das Haus liegt etwas Abseits. 15 min bis zum nächsten Supermarkt und Strand in Sestri Levante. Man muss also Wirklich jedes Mal fahren wenn man etwas braucht. Freundlicher Kontakt und schnelle, unproblematische Hilfe durch die Vermieter. Wir haben 2 ganz tolle Wochen in dem Haus verbracht und konnten richtig abschalten.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Meerblick

Wir (4 Personen + 3 Kinder) hatten super Platz im Haus. Die beiden größeren Jungs hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer. Die Tischgruppe im Garten liegt schön im Schatten. Whirlpool & Hängematte sind super. Lage ist außerhalb - ca. 15 Auto-Minuten von Moneglia entfernt und ruhig.

Bella villa!!

Our stay in this villa was incredible. There is enough room for several guests (3 bedrooms and 2 couches in the living room), dishes and cutlery are provided, there is a large table outside where we ate every meal, there is also a very great hot tub outside! We really enjoyed our time and did not want to leave the villa at all. Our hosts were also very friendly and even brought us freshly baked rolls for breakfast once. It’s a very beautiful villa, we recommend to everyone!

Gute Unterkunft an sensationeller Lage

Die Unterkunft „Crova“ befindet sich an erhöhter und sehr ruhiger Hanglage oberhalb Moneglia mit sensationellem Meerblick. Wir bewohnten die vordere Hälfte des Doppeleinfamilienhauses, während unserem Aufenthalt war der hintere Teil des Hauses nicht besetzt. Der Whirlpool mit Meerblick haben wir bei eher kühlem Herbstwetter sehr genossen; das Wasser konnte aufgeheizt werden auf 33-34 Grad. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war nett; Fabio war sehr hilfsbereit. Bei kleineren Problemen war er sehr schnell zur Stelle. Einmal wurden wir sogar mit frischen Brötchen überrascht, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Gute Ausgangslage zum Wandern und Biken und zum Erkunden der Cinque Terre. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr kurvig und steil, nächste grössere Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Strand und Restaurante in 15 Auto-Min. in Moneglia erreichbar, Sestre Levante in ca 20 Auto-Min. erreichbar, beides immer nach sehr kurvenreicher Zu- und Abfahrt. Crova ist eine hübsche Unterkunft mit italienischem Standart. Alles in allem ein erholsamer und sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Grazie Fabio!

ruhig mit tolller Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Der Blick aufs Mer ist grandios. Fabio und Chiara waren sehr freundlich und bei Fragen (das Wasser wurde zunächst nicht warm) sofort zur Stelle. Das Haus ist viel schöner, als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Aus der Beschreibung wurde nicht klar, dass das Objekt zweigeteilt ist. Leider ist es sehr hellhörig.

Wunderschöner Meerblick inmitten der Natur

Wir haben im September, 8 Tage gemeinsam mit unserem 5 jährigen Sohn in Crova verbracht. Wir haben die Zeit im Haus und in der Gegend sehr genossen. Vermieter/Kontakt: Vor Anreise hatten wir Kontakt mit Karolin, die den eigentlichen Vermieter Fabio bei Buchungsanfragen unterstützt. Sie spricht deutsch und so verlief die Kommunikation vorab unkompliziert. Karolin hat sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit auf unsere Anfragen reagiert. Im Haus hat uns der Vermieter Fabio bei der Ankunft begrüßt und uns einige Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Auf Fragen/Anliegen während unseres Aufenthalts hat er schnell und freundlich reagiert. Vielen Dank dafür!!! Das Haus: Ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Im unteren Teil des Hauses befindet sich die Küche, das Wohnzimmer, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Bett, welches ausziehbar ist und ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem großen Doppelbett und ein Badezimmer. Die 2 Schlafzimmer sind etwas dunkel, aber wir empfanden es nicht als störend, da die Zimmer dadurch auch kühler sind. Im oberen Teil des Hauses befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett sowie ein Badezimmer. Von diesem Zimmer genießt man auch eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Matratzen in allen Zimmern sind in Ordnung. Der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool ist super klasse! Im ersten Moment wirkt die steile Auffahrt zum Haus etwas beängstigend, aber es ist absolut unproblematisch hoch und runter zukommen! Lage/Umgebung: Das Haus befindet sich in den Bergen/Hügeln oberhalb von Moneglia also abseits vom touristischen Treiben, inmitten der Natur. Es herrscht absolute Ruhe und nachts hört man nur die Grillen. Nach Moneglia fährt man ca. 15 Min. mit den Auto über sehr kurvenrreiche Straßen. Der Ausblick auf der Strecke ist aber traumhaft schön. Mongelia ist ein sehr charmantes Dörfchen, nicht überlaufen wie die Cinque Terre Dörfer und hat einen sehr schönen Sandstrand. Ideal für Kleinkinder, da in einer Bucht gelegen und das Wasser nicht tief ist. In Moneglia gibt es auch einige Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants. Vom Haus aus erreicht man ebenfalls in ca. 15 Min. das Städtchen Sestri Levante. Hier gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, eine schöne Altstadt etc.. Die Cinque Terre Dörfer kann man problemlos und bequem mit dem Zug von Moneglia aus erreichen.
