"Pros: La casa es espectacular, tanto la parte del jardín y piscina como el interior, pero me quedo sin duda con la hospitalidad y amabilidad de nuestra anfitriona Vanesa."

"Only 10 mins away from the busier louder restaurant/club area of Marbella. Beautiful property, service and stay was perfect. On site restaurants were high quality and great service. Value, comfort and cleanliness all top notch. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here when back in Marbella."

"Generally the apartment was nice and clean. However we were expecting more than we had access to in terms of pools and facilities. The resort is massive and has many different pools and facilities with different providers. Our pool was relatively small and busy. I think we could have gone to others, but they were not close by."
"We stay here as 2 adults and one child and had amazing time. Room was in a great location, staff was very helpful and friendly the pool was fantastic. Breakfast and dinner was very good with a wide variety of food. The beach was right on your doorstep as well. We would love to go back."
"Great, quiet hotel well suited to couples. Our 2nd stay here. Lovely sea view from deluxe rooms. Set back a block from the street so less noisy. Thanks to Sofia in the restaurant who was especially helpful getting me gluten free breakfast every day!
Would be helpful if the bar opened earlier and maybe a bit later for a pre/post dinner drink (8.30-10.30). Very well situated for the beach and all local restaurants. 10 min walk from train station. Definitely recommend!"
"We only stayed for 2 nights and, for our purposes, the hotel was good. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The view from the balcony and dining room was incredible. The highlight was seeing a huge pod of dolphins come in very close to the shore on our last morning.
Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the man working behind the lobby bar (I didn’t catch his name). When I found out the hotel parking was €19 per day and there was free parking available on the street, the member of staff at reception let me move my car free of charge, which i really appreciated.
I think if we were staying for more than 2 days, we wouldn’t have enjoyed it all that much. Compared to other all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed in, the range of food choices wasn’t particularly interesting. It was fine for a short time but we would likely have ended up going out for meals had we been staying longer.
Also, the room where the entertainment is held really isn’t suitable for the number of guests - lots of people having to stand and the view of the performance area is blocked by pillars from quite a few places in the room.
We didn’t go to the bigger family pool area but the adult pool was very nice.
Overall, it was good for a short stay but any longer and I’d be expecting more for my money."
"The hotel is not disability/handicapped friendly or adapted. My husband has a mobility disability. The hotel would not accommodate his simple requests such as moving the pool lounge chair to be able to get in and out of it - the staff was very rude and declined to have us move the chair to have him enjoy the pool. The hotel has a private elevator access to the beach. However, they only have 5 keys to the elevator that they give to guests on the first come - first serve bases (with a 50e deposit). They would not reserve one of the keys for him (with the deposit) due to his disability. Per the reception/front desk staff guests with disabilities don't have the priority in using this access. Instead, we had to use the public access a block away with many stairs and disability lift which was not functional. This was a great challenge to my husband. The staff is not very friendly to guests in general. About half of the staff is friendly and customer service oriented (Enrique and Pablo were excellent!), the other half of the staff is there only to "punch the clock" and seem to be bothered if you ask them for anything (the waitress in the restaurant would ignore you until you physically get up and go get her and than she would be very unhappy that you are disturbing her). The service definitely needs improvement! The rooms were great and clean, great A/C. All in all, Ritual Hotel can be a great place if they would improve their guest service and be accommodating to disabled guests."
