Marcadis Gite is located at Finders Keepers France. It is an adults only holiday retreat located in Marcadis, near Moncrabeau. Set in over 13 Acres of grounds with a 3 Acre freshwater Lake it shares the grounds with 2 tents and 2 glamping tents. Relax, meditate, Star gaze, read or just enjoy Nature. Located between the beautiful towns of Nerac and Condom (Lot-et-Garonne/Gers) however far enough away for people to enjoy the peace and quiet of Nature. Leave technology behind and recharge.

A 1 Bedroom Adult only Gite attached to the owners 1817 farm house. Placed in 13 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland with a fabulous 3 acre lake. Very private with own entrances and gardens. The Accommodation can accommodate 2 Adults.

This is a large open plan Gite with fabulous views of the surrounding countryside. We try and cater for all needs to ensure that you have a fabulous stay. The Gite is very rustic with added extras such as:

Bedroom: King size bed, highest quality white Egyptian cotton bedding, Egyptian cotton bathrobes, hairdryer, shoe cleaning kit.

Lounge: 1 sofa and chair, French TV, Stereo, DVD player and selection of French and English DVD's, record player and records, reading books.

Dining area: table and chairs.

Bathroom: shower, toiletries, towels.

Kitchen: Dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, fridge, freezer, tea/coffee making facilities, Bialetti Italian stove coffee maker, crockery and cutlery.

Extras:
Front outside dining area with table and chairs. BBQ. Also, a lower-level relaxation area with sofa and chairs. All complete with lighting.

Parking

Finders Keepers France is a family run camping and glamping retreat consisting of a holiday cottage (Marcadis Gite), 2 glamping tents and 2 camping tents. There is a cosy coffee lounge that sells coffee, tea, soft drinks, milk shake, drinking chocolate, wine and beer. We do not have a full-size swimming pool, just a dipping pool however you are able to swim in the lake. There is a great swimming pontoon.

Around you grounds you will find badminton, Ping-Pong, chess, Archery, a 3-acre fishing lake (fishing allowed with permit - fish to be returned on catching (no kill policy)) plus much more.

Shady rest is our undercover social area which is home to the coffee lounge, library, armoire with board games.

The hayloft is located within shady rest and has a pool table, dart board, and star gazing telescope with viewing area.

Parking for any size vehicle. No electric hook up.

Walks around the grounds. Watch for Pine martens, coypus, deer, wild boar, foxes, badgers, red squirrels, hares. Say hello to Sunflower, Dumpy, Ginger and Frank (our rescue cats) and our rescue dogs Nigel, Lewis and Eddie.

We have placed many hammocks, tables, chairs and benches in and around the grounds so you can just sit, relax and enjoy the views, wildlife, and weather. This is a truly beautiful place for a relaxing break if you love nature, the outdoors and wildlife.

We are surrounded by nature and fields therefore you may experience visits by wildlife. We try our best to prevent visitors inside the gite however this is sometimes out of our hands during farming season. All animals are removed humanly and returned to their habitats safely and quickly

Wonderful Property, Charming Location, Great Hosts
My wife and I had a great time at this VRBO. Our hosts, Paula and Darren, were so welcoming and nice from the moment we met them until the time we left. Their property has so many cool amenities, including a dipping pool, pool table, dartboard, and private lake. We would recommend this VRBO to anyone who finds themselves in/near the town of Nérac.

A lovely peaceful hideaway in the countryside. Chill and relax in the grounds or explore the nearby quaint and beautiful villages. Fab friendly hosts on site for help if needed. Gite also lovely and comfortable! Everything has been thought of and provided to make your stay as perfect as possible.

Wow, what great Gite... This is a little gem with loads to do. Quiet and secluded with a lake to view and enjoy with glass of wine. Darren and Paula have created a wonderful 'finders keepers' hideaway; this is our second visit and we will be returning in 2020. Thank you.

What a find!!!
We loved our stay at Finders Keepers. It was everything we had expected and so much more. We finished our French trip with two days here for rest and relaxation. There is so much to do within the property that you won’t want to leave although when you do you will find some real gems in this beautiful part of France. We loved everything about this Gite and think Paula and Darren are offering something very special indeed. Our favourite spot was down by the lake where the boat is stored but there are so many seating areas that I am sure we still had some to find. This is a real nature lovers retreat but at a price that certainly doesn’t reflect the standard of the accommodation. We loved the quality of the linens and the softness of the towels and robes. I can’t find a single negative; only that we had to leave! We will be back for a longer stay next time! Thank you so much Darren and Paula!

Marcadis Gite @ Finders Keepers is amazing, it was everything we expected and much much more. From the moment we arrived we knew we were going to have a great holiday, Paula and Darren were super hosts and made every effort to ensure our stay with them was perfect. Nothing was to much trouble. The many facilities available to us were unbelievable and we made best use of most of them, we especially enjoyed the archery with Paula and Darren, boating on the lake and playing pool in the barn aptly named Shady Rest.The sunsets from the garden were amazing. Wonderful Escape!
What a wonderful escape. Josh and I came to France for a friends wedding just outside of Condom so chose Finders Keepers for our stay, and what a great choice we made. Paula was so friendly and made the booking process easy. Before we arrived we received a Welcome pack and directions to the Gite, we felt welcome before we had even arrived. Darren met us on arrival and he too was so friendly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The grounds are spectacular, the lake is wonderful - we swam, went fishing and went out in the little boat. We played ping pong, badminton and board games in the evenings. There is so much to do here, if only we had more time. We’re hoping Darren and Paula create more accommodation so we can come back with our family next year. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful place, we hope you’ll have us back soon! Maria and Josh x

We had the most relaxing 9 days in this wonderful property with ts superb gardens and panoramic views. The Gite is lovely & cosy, well equipped and spacious. Finder's Keepers, loser's weepers for sure. You will be overwhelmed with it's entirety.
What amazing hosts! Discreet yet responsive if needed. Paula and Darren have transformed this beautiful part of France into a haven of tranquillity, beauty and a nature lover's retreat. With nearly every possible sport you could desire in this region e.g. painting, table tennis, badminton, boules, cycling, fishing, darts, table football, archery and much more. Fantastic walks with so much information the hosts can provide on local wildlife, not to mention the availability of scopes and binoculars. They have a night vision one to spot those nocturnal ones and even a scope to spot the stars! Relaxation is utmost with hammocks and seating placed in places that only the experienced would know where's best. A truly wonderful place in an outstanding area with magnificent hosts. A very memorable holiday.

A PROSSIONALY RUN ESTABLISHMENT
I cant praise Darren enough over the way that he and Paula run this establishment. You may book here with confidence, but do it! The accommodation and the setting are most agreeable and most will enjoy it in all aspects. We stayed for 2 weeks, we swam in the lake, picnicked at the lake, walked the property, tried star gazing and drove around the area on the 5 suggested routes of back rural lanes. We discovered some lovely villages and restaurants. It is arguably the most attractive and little know part of France that we have got to know after 25 years of exploring the country. I dont need to go into detail over the positives for Gite Marcadis, just book!

De l'accueil aux services (quand necessaire) le propriétaire Darren est là, d'une discrète présence et à votre disposition pour vous proposer des activités sur place, vous conseiller sur les sites environnants à visiter. Le gîte est TOP pour 2 personnes. Le parc est somptueux et les jardins très fleuris. Une petite piscine très appréciable. Le gîte est à 10/20km de sites remarquables à visiter sans faute. Pour tout faire prévoir 2 semaines. Nous avons regretté l'absence de Paula et espérons faire sa connaissance une prochaine fois. Marie et Patrice

Das Haus ist zu empfehlen .
Das Haus umfasst mehrere Hektar-Grundstück. Stühle und Tische zum sitzen findet man überall im Arial. zum Grundstück gehört auch einen kleinen See mit Insel. man kann mit dem Boot dort fischen gehen. Der Gastgeber Herr Darren ist sehr lieber Mensch. der Platz hier würde nicht ausreichen , um ihn mit Worten genau zu beschreiben. Danke Darren vielmals für Alles.

Mischung aus rustikal und edel eingerichteter Ferienwohnung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ideal für Menschen, die Einsamkeit und ländliche Idylle schätzen. Terrasse gestaltet im südlichen Flair. Die Gite bietet viele Möglichkeiten zu persönlichen Aktivitäten wie Naturbeobachtungen, Schwimmen im dazugehörigen See oder im eigenen Pool, Radfahren, Billard, Tischtennis, Darts und vieles anderes mehr.

Finders Keepers :on a trouvé et on gardera ...de merveilleux souvenirs! Confort digne d'un grand hôtel et pour les amoureux de la nature un vrai paradis. Tellement d'activités sur place et de calme qu'on a dû se forcer pour prendre la voiture afin de visiter cette très belle région et ses beaux villages . Excellent séjour !
Situé dans une grande propriété où tout est mis à disposition des vacanciers, le gite se révèle riche en activités à faire sur place ; farniente dans les hamacs, billard, tennis de table, piscine, lecture, dessins et peinture, etc.... Le plus pour ce gite se situe dans sa partie boisée avec le lac sur lequel il est possible de se balader en barque pour observer la faune et la flore. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, surtout pour les amoureux de la nature !
