This is a new hotel. Chic and lovely rooms. (If you don't want to see someone naked as they get out of the shower close your eyes as it is not in a separate area and can be seen from the bedroom/living area.) The outside pool area is top-class. Food was tasty, but not very varied when we were there perhaps because the hotel was not very full. Staff were helpful, cheerful and very friendly - a definite plus factor. Looking toward the sea is a beautiful vista. A building site is in front of the hotel, but you don't have to look. There are no shops or eateries near the hotel.

It was very convenient for me and the place is beautiful. Seaview is Magnifique and the staff is very nice. I will come back to this place all the time to his. Five minute walk from the clinic. I came to see Carthage clinic.

Beautifully designed Hilton hotel in Monastir! The hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept, the restaurant options had great food and the highlight was the seawater pool! The staff was very professional and accommodating. My son is a super picky eater and he would it eat any of the lunch options so the chef made him a special custom sandwich and fries which he loved! The desserts and the snack bar were so delicious too! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Horrible. On a réservé une chambre avec deux lits doubles. En arrivant on se retrouve avec une chambre avec deux lits simples. Il a fallu changer la chambre 3 fois ( le premier changement, la réception nous donne une chambre avec une odeur horrible. Le deuxième changement, une chambre avec une fuite d’air et un sifflement insupportable ) pour arriver à une chambre conforme à la réservation. Pour rattraper tout ces défauts, le manager nous a offert un dinner dans un restaurant à la carte. L’hotel n’est pas digne à son nom malheureusement.

Cette hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoile et le nom Hilton n’est pas digne des prestations proposés! Nous avons eu notre chambre 18h ça commence déjà bien avec 1 bébé de 1 mois j’ai du attendre!!! J’ai payé une suite deux lit double on me donne une chambre avec un lit double le chef réception me dit que y a pas de lit double alors qu’il est bien mentionné dans ma réservation suite deux lit double avec all inclusive le chef réceptionniste me dit encore une fois que j ai pas droit à all inclusive il a fallu que sa collègue lui montre suite double all inclusive le climatiseur et cassée on a dormis avec 28 degré avec mon bébé et mes deux enfants transpirant!!!! 600€ la nuit et partie à la poubelle !!! Niveau restauration les serveurs sourie juste au touriste européen honte à vous!!!!!! Éviter cette hôtel merci au chef réception d’avoir crier sur moi hier devant mes enfants quand j’ai demandé à avoir mes droit et ma suite de lit double !!!!

The arrival was great and my room and the Hotel it self was great which i got as early as 11. Thanks .. but 1. They make Me pay once again at check in which make it impossible to undo.. it took 20 minutes when i checked out and then i got refound in TND? For the reccords i did not have time to change them st AirPort due to the many people and the long time handling st Hotel. I hade to give away 200 tnd. 2. I know the Hotel was new, But nowhere to see that they did not serve any alkohol yet... 3. One pub had no food yet, just softdrinks.. I liked the Hotel Itself But this time i was Happy just to stay one night..
