"This hotel is just amazing, the views from the rooms is second to none. The service is so good from the minute you arrive, they welcome you and make you feel at home. The beds are super comfortable & the amenities are great. Location is perfect as it’s right by little Adam peak and not far from the Ella town. One of our highlights was going up Adam peak & Ella rock with the in house naturalist - Gaya. He was absolutely brilliant and helpful in not only guiding us, but also showing us all the natural wildlife in the area along the way. He was so helpful and kind, and we would recommend anyone going for one of the excursions with him!"

"By far, best place to stay in Sri Lanka! You have your little bungalow in a picturesque area surrounded by rice paddies, gardens, wild life. The pool is amazing, the food outstanding. The hotel staff is absolutely incredible. A special shout out to Kingsley, Madu and Salini and all staff. They welcome you like a family member. "

"Usually all hotels/resorts will provide towels inside their bathrooms. The resort does not. Bring your own. Book villa so that you can enjoy breakfast in the forest."

"The only hotel in the world to cable car me in. And maybe my favourite hotel in Sri Lanka. Very relaxing as no internet in rooms and I read and listened to waterfall. Heaps of room to do yoga."

"The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide any information, asked bell boy about dinner, he said buffe, but when went to restaurant, no buffe..only fried rice and pasture..had to abandon the restaurant and went for dinner in the town. Booked for 2 night but had to change the hotel after 1 night..cannot stay in this horrible hotel..will ask hotels.com to refund my money..This hotel is worth nothing."
