Bra medelklasshotell med bra service

Medelklasshotell med trevlig och servicevänlig personal. Har bott där 2 ggr nu med min familj o uppskattar storleken på rummen o närheten till allt. Middags-buffén börjar kl 20 vilket jag tycker är för sent om man är en hungrig barnfamilj som åkt skidor. Maten är i övrigt ok och varierad. För orten är detta en sweet spot vad gäller pris/läge/komfort.

Right at the heart of Sierra Nevada.

Very friendly reception and perfectly placed right in the middle of Sierra Nevada. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of choice and quality good. But the hotel needs some updating soonest. All felt a bit old and dated. The lift to reception from street level was out of action all weekend. No car parking, but public parking nearby (not cheap though, €24/night, so factor that in). All and all quite a good place with lovely views.

El suelo de habitación estaba muy suicio con muchas pólvo y pelos. El día de salir la limpiadora quitado todos las toallas a las 10 por la mañana y antes de nuestras salir. Housekeeping muy unprofessional!!!

Bra läge men hotellet börjar bli slitet. Litet kassaskåp ingen plats för dator. Nyckel till kassaskåp kostar €12 borde ingå i hotellpriset. Svårt med parkering utanför hotellet. Ganska enkel frukost. Wi Fi OK.

Friendly staff, worked very hard. Loved the New Years Eve decoration at the restaurant, food was lovely. Great location too.

Bien situado

Lo recomendaría por su situación y comodidad, pero hay que renovarlo está muy anticuado en cuanto a las habitaciones e instalaciones, necesita una buena renovación. En cuanto al personal muy atento y amable. Es una pena que por estar bien situado y tener por este motivo el hotel completo, no inviertan en su mejora y actualización.

ok men besviken över att rummet inte var lika som på bilderna som hotellet visade upp på nätet. Mycket mindre än de 4 personers rum som beskrevs. Kanske vi fick ett trippelrum med extra säng...

Slitet och nedgånget - men bra läge

Hotellets glanstid är sedan länge förbi. Nu är det slitet och nedgånget. Städningen av rummen kunde vara betydligt bättre. Det enda som lyfter mitt omdöme är läget - det är nära till liftar och restauranger.

God beliggenhed og OK til prisen

Beliggenheden er i top i forhold til skilift/kabinesystemet og meget centralt i forhold til aktiviteterne i byen. Med lidt held kan man parkere gratis tæt på hotellet. Der var stort udvalg til morgenmaden, men med svingende kvalitet, og kaffe og juice havde ikke god smag. Personalet var generelt venligt og imødekommende. Værelset var rummeligt og rent, og der var tilhørende balkon med fin udsigt i klart vejr. Inventaret var meget ”retro” dvs. lige som selve værelset nogenlunde vedligeholdt, men i 1980’er stil, inklusive et diminutivt fjernsyn. Betalte for forlængelse af check-out frist, det viste sig dog at hotellet lukkede for varmen fra 16.00 til ca. 17.30, så der var koldt på værelset da vi vendte tilbage fra skiterrænet. Ville bo der igen for et kort skiophold, givet at igen prisen er rigtig. Alt i alt synes vi at opholdet var OK til prisen.

Excellent location

fab hotel rooms massive and includes essentials like shower gel shampoo etc for your stay. Superb location right at the back of the resort - free parking along the street is limited but you can park in the main car park in the square for 44 euros for 3 days. Breakfast good range - both continental meats/cheeses, cereals, toasts, yogurt and hot options ie: scrambled eggs, Spanish sausage bacon. The main meals however were not so good or at least not to our taste, but there was a great selection of salad products/starters so we always got enough to do. Overall fab hotel for the money and will definitely stay again.

No es un 3 estrellas

Me cuesta creer que sea un 3 estrellas. Comento: 1. No había ni siquiera toallero en el baño, 2. No había donde poner el jabón en la bañera / ducha, 3. La calefacción sonaba a las cataratas del Niagara, y debido a ello, lo tuvimos que tener apagado durante toda la estancia, 4. El buffet desayuno era de risa, con muy pocas cosas y la calidad pésima, ni siquiera un buen café, y menos un Cola Cao en condiciones. Solamente fuimos 1 vez debido a esto, el resto de los días desayunamos fuera del hotel, lógicamente pagando. 5. Como puede ser que cobren por una cerveza local (Alhambra) 3,20 €? Una vergüenza y un timo!!! Y por último, pagando 320€ por noche, esperabamos sinceramente algo MUCHO mejor...

Junto a los remontes en Pradollano

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación pegado a los remontes en Pradollano. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas aunque las instalaciones son algo anticuadas. El desayuno justo en variación pero de muy buena calidad. En resumen, es una buena opción para ir a esquiar a Sierra Nevada.

Very pleased with the hotel. It was well situated for the ski lifts. The rooms were large and very warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the evening buffet was good and reasonably priced. Would certainly stay again.
