Footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m on the road. Shop 3.5 km, supermarket 24 km, bus stop 36 km. Nearby attractions: Arma di Taggia 30 km. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Beautiful and stylish furnishings: living room with 1 sofabed, open-hearth fireplace, TV and electric heater. 1 open room, on 2 levels, window onto the living room with 1 bed (80 cm), 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with bar, dining table. Bath/shower/WC.
