"We had a nice stay. Very convenient. Clean room. Comfy bed, the most comfortable of our stay in NZ! Balcony room was updated. The smells was pretty bad outside so didn't use the balcony but i wanted a nicer room so it was worth it. The a/c would turn off in the middle of the evening on us. The entire hotel staff is so kind and helpful. Walkable to everything in town. "

"This hotel is right in the middle of the city centre with easy access to cafes and a short walk to the water of the lake. It was great to have a kitchen to cook our own meals as we wanted. Staff was very friendly. "
