Need some peace and quiet? Come and enjoy our brand spanking new beach house with panoramic views of Mt Taranaki, and the Mokau coastline. Relax and watch the ocean and glorious sunsets. Stroll down the track to the beach to enyoy a bit of swimming, lay in the sun, surf or a romantic evening stroll. This is all just waiting for you! Situated close to two popular cafes and the Awakino Hotel for delicious bar meals, we have everything you need to make your stay comfortable and special. Bliss!

The space


Kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. A 50 inch T.V. is in the lounge along with a selection of movies and freeview, there is cell phone coverage with spark on the patio, but not inside the house.
If you are looking for a large group booking there is a smaller house to rent on the property 2 minutes walk from this house.

5 minutes drive to Mokau with its black sand beaches, cafes known for their delicious whitebait fritters. The Mokau museum and the Mokau river cruises are also a must.
45 minutes drive to Waitomo.
15 minutes drive to The Three Sisters and Elephant Rock.

A perfect stop between Waitomo and Taranaki and a chance to experience a real rural environment and farming atmosphere only 5 minutes off state highway 3.

A trip to the local beaches are a must, Elephant Rock and the Three Sisters is a popular easy walk at low tide.
