Villa "Tauro 31" with Sea Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Villa "Tauro 31" offers beautiful views of the Atlantic and is located in Mogán. Spread over three floors, the property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 additional toilets, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a ping-pong table. A cot and high chair are available for families with young children.



The private outdoor area is well equipped with a pool (3.5 m wide x 8 m long, 1.5 m deep), which can be heated for an extra fee. Pool temperature ranges from 24 to 26°C depending on the weather. There is also a garden, open and covered terraces, balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, and tennis court.



The property is 1 km from the beach, 1.5 km from a supermarket, 4.5 km from a golf course, and 5 km from a hospital. The airport is 50 km away. Free street parking and 2 garage spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. One pet up to 3 kg is allowed for an extra fee. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. A security deposit is required before arrival.



Smoking indoors, unregistered guests, and events are not permitted. Beach and pool towels are provided. Please respect community rules and quiet hours (no noise or loud music after 10 pm). Linen change is provided for stays over 10 days. Sun loungers are reserved for guests at Amadores Beach Club. The rental features energy and water-saving measures.
