"Beautiful hotel, great welcoming staff (from front house to restaurant to pool). Room was perfect - especially the view. Beds were very comfy, parking location ideal!. *Something out of the hotels control which was negative was the families / kids creating mayhem in the pool area. Inflatables and ‘dads’ jumping in was quite frankly embarrassing. After 2 minutes I left (sadly the 8pm adults only swim was around my dinner reservation). "

"Love staying here - fabulous location, excellent breakfast, lovely leisure facilities, clean and spacious rooms. There has definitely been some staff training - a noticeable improvement this visit in customer relations. The bar is a bit dark, dingy and tired. "
