"We absolutely loved our stay at Aspen Alpin Lifestyle Hotel. The views were breathtaking, the hotel was beautiful, and breakfast every morning was wonderful. Waking up surrounded by the Swiss Alps was something we will never forget. But what truly stood out was the incredible honesty and kindness of their staff. We were already back home in Texas when the hotel called us to let us know that my husband had left his wallet behind. We didn’t even realize it was missing. There was about $700 in cash inside, and everything was completely intact. The hotel went above and beyond. They wired the cash back to my husband and mailed his wallet all the way back to us in Texas. It is one thing to stay at a beautiful hotel with incredible views and a great breakfast, but the way a hotel treats its guests says even more. Their honesty and genuine care made an already amazing stay even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to the entire Aspen Alpin team for taking such wonderful care of us, even after we were already thousands of miles away."

From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant servers, everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and gracious, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and enjoyable. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. We were particularly pleased to learn that the restaurant makes extensive use of locally sourced ingredients, which added a wonderful sense of freshness and authenticity to each meal. Everything we tasted was of outstanding quality and thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Grindelwald station. Since we were traveling with luggage, we called the hotel from the station information desk and arranged for the shuttle service, which was very convenient. In addition, there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel, and the buses arrived reliably on schedule. Once we had checked in, we used the local bus service for all of our transportation, and found it to be both comfortable and extremely convenient. Overall, the gracious service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent cuisine, and convenient location made our stay truly memorable."

"This is an incredible property with a view to die for. The cabin was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, although there could have been a decaf option for coffee. The hot tub was awesome except for the fact that it wasn’t hot enough. Diana, our host was very responsive and helpful at every request. The only issue with this property getting your gear to the front door. It is a very short but difficult hike to get to the cabin from the parking area if you have suitcases or if you’re not in good physical condition or if you’re physically incapable of hiking a steep trail. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication up front, regarding this matter. This is not a deal breaker, but it needs to be mentioned in bold letters in the description of the property. But, don’t hesitate to stay here otherwise, it’s incredible!"
