"This hotel is a complete scam. We arrived to check in, the code they sent us to enter the hotel was FAKE. We were told our room key was in a box, later we find out that that box had been broken for months! The phone numbers given to us were all out of order or fake. We got tossed around from person to person telling us none of them are the property managers. We stayed here for the night before our early flight out of Ben Gourion. The hotel is gorgeous. So beautiful and elegantly decorated, lovely courtyard where we had drinks and nibbles. The location right in the mall was brilliant. The room itself is very small but we didn’t need to unpack and it served our purpose well. Great restaurants and convenience stores right nearby.
