The house is on 2 levels: on the ground floor there is a large living room with single sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; upstairs, which is accessed via an external staircase, there are 2 other double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a small kitchen. In addition, the property offers a very comfortable veranda for lunch and dinner, as well as a barbecue. The exterior has a beautiful swimming pool located in the lower part of the garden, which offers sun beds, umbrellas and chairs.

A week in Sicily
Property manager was great and very quick to help with any issues, but we had no air conditioning in our bedroom for 3 nights . The cooker didn’t work on all the hobs probably needs a new one The house had no working corkscrew until we asked the manager to bring one . The welcome pack was nice . The location was quiet and ideal for small families . The pool was perfect . Good supermarket close and lovely beach and cafe .

Villa dotata di ogni confort, curata nell’arredamento, ma comoda allo stesso tempo. Ampia veranda con accesso alla piscina dotata anch’essa di lettini ed ombrelloni. È attrezzata anche di robot per la pulizia del fondale. Adatta anche per i bambini, in quanto una parte è rialzata. Due docce esterne, barbecue e parcheggio! La spiaggia dista 80/100 mt ed è sempre pulita! Direi che non manca proprio nulla. Una vera oasi di relax per tutti!

It is a very nice villa, perfect for a family of 4. Clean, comfortable, nice garden and pool. Walking distance to nice sand beach. Great support from a very kind real estate staff. Totally recommended
