"The check in was good. But the Check out. The persona at the Front Desk by the Name of Haiti was very rude. He did not want to provide me a receipt at check out. Stating that my reservation was done by Experience. After arguing about receiving the receipt. I left him my email to receive it . "

"This was the only hotel I stayed at in Germany that had an adjustable in-room AC unit, and I absolutely loved that! Hotel was very easy to reach by bus and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet was okay; some of the food was a bit cold but otherwise it was tasty. The breakfast buffet was top-notch, I'd eat there again in a heartbeat! The only thing the hotel didn't have (at least in my room) were charging outlets next to the bed. I had to use an outlet on the other side of the room to charge my phone, whereas most hotels have one next to the nightstand. I obviously was able to charge my phone, but that was a little annoying. Otherwise it was a great stay and I would probably stay here again if I find myself flying via Frankfurt Airport!"

"Decent place. Wish parking was free, it’s an extra 14 Euro. Love the free minibar, all hotels should have this. "

"Very clean, friendly and professional staff. Only thing is that breakfast items aren't being fully replenished - hence I'd recommend to have breakfast early. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience thanks to their polite and excellent staff."

"Pulling wheeled luggage for one block over historic cobble stone sidewalks from railway station to hotel is a major nuisance and death sentence for any suitcase! "
