I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay.
The Highlights
Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy.
The Downside
Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water.
While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

I have always stayed at your hotel. However, while it is generally good and almost perfect, I found a significant amount of hair on the bathroom towel. The condition of the towel had not changed, and I am pleased to have my own this time.
