A special thank you to Emir, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us with transportation around the city—his advice made getting around Istanbul so much easier. Furkan was also fantastic, assisting us with our baggage promptly and with a smile. Barthan kindly helped us with our room and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, all the staff members were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable. "

We arrived slightly late and taken to a restaurant nearby for some food by a very helpful porter. Breakfast options were very good with lots to choose from! We would love to return !!"
