It was just a wonderful experience from the time I arrive. The front desk woman was very kind and courteous throughout the whole. And although I was traveling alone. The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great. I would say some staff lovely, some not as amazing as rest of Croatian hotels. The greek restaurant was lovely and service good. The bar food was good. It would be nice to have a hotel shop with affordable prices so not just designer. Overall such a lovely hotel "

The pools are great however we watched a few guests slip and fall due to pool water on stone decking around the pool. Very slippery. Breakfast was superb; dinner buffet was ok"
