I liked the decor of the beds but the furniture was ragedy and poorly cared for. There were dings and dents and tons of scuffs on the wooden furniture and the tub of the bathroom. The walls were dirty and I felt unsafe cause there was a low class couple arguing and screaming downstairs early in the morning seeming as if they would escalate into a shoot out based on the commentary, so I just left earlier than checkout time before 11am.

I have never seen a room so nasty. I got there at 139 AM and that’s the only reason I stayed …plus the fact that it was non refundable through Expedia. There was literally something that looked like puke on the nightstand (once I had already made myself get into the bed). The floors were disgusting. The bed skirts were absolutely disgustingly filthy. I really cannot say how nasty this room truly was. I have the pics to prove it!

The door to my room did not fully close and opened directly onto the parking lot. I had to slam it to get the latch to engage. On day 4 of my stay there was a cockroach in my room (just 1) and the staff came and took care of it for me, but I imagine it came in through the uncovered electrical outlet hole in the wall and who knows how many more there might be. On the plus side: waffles for breakfast and coffee every day. The room has been updated and the design is very cute. Great water pressure in the shower. And the parking lot is well lit without those lights shining into the rooms.

The place was a nasty dump dirty holes in walls windows screwed shut doors rusting. lignts outside flicking because not working properly keeping me awake all night. Toilet paper dispenser broken so Toilet paper stacked on top of Toilet. Hairdryer not working. I could go on and on.

Service at check in was great! Very friendly! We booked 3 rooms, one was occupied already! Went to the desk, got another room, we were supposed to have handicap rooms, none were. Strange stains on the ceiling, bathroom nasty dirty! “Maintenance” knocked on the door about 11 pm, didn’t wait for us to answer, he walked in! Then told us this room, wasn’t listed as occupied, then walked out. No other explanation, I called the front desk but didn’t get an answer! If I wasn’t afraid to walk to the front desk, I would have went and talked to them! I will in the morning! Terrible experience!

This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. They didn't even bother the sweep the floor: there was dust and trash on the floor when we got in. The bathroom counter top was so grimey that we couldn't wipe it clean. There was NO room sevice; I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. They didn't come at all to replace the towels or clean the room. We only decided to stay because it was late, we were visiting relatives and it was very late. The bed and sheets were clean, so we could sleep as long as we took care not to walk on the floor without shoes. The heater/air conditioner was fine. The room was quiet -- there were only a handful of guests there. The price was also very cheap, so we decided to stay the 3 nights we booked; but we spent most of the time outside with relatives, only sleeping ther overnight. but we won't stay there again. The room was large and roomy; the water was hot as should be, this should be a nice hotel. But it was not cared for at all. I don't understand how the people running the hotel were not ashamed that it was so dirty.

Evening receptionist staff was awesome, along with the young lady that cleaned the room because it was nasty. The maintenance man was very nice. Night staff was very rude and unprofessional. Some of the cleaning crew need training in hospitality along with night receptionist.

The 1 st day of check in the room was so nasty the sheets someone had sex on the sheets it was com stains all over the sheets the bed was not changed I took pictures and took it to the front desk and showed it to the attendent he refuse to move us that night he expected us to sleep in that filty mess the room was full of roaches so the next day we got moved to another room which was a little better the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down on you when you take a shower the light in the bathroom went out it was dark trying to take a shower the people next door was having a party in front on my door the had the walk way blocked where you could not walk I had to go go to work at 4:30am the noise from the people last half the night I called the front desk and they said security was not going to do nothing I’m like I have to go back to work and the attendant was like oh well just call the police no respect this was the worst 2 in a half week stay I ever had they are all about the money this hotel is so ghetto they are focus on opening a new hotel next door on the website they make these hotels look so good but they are ran down they rent them out to any and everything don’t care all about the money and that’s sad if I knew before I booked it for 2 weeks in a half trust me I would of never came here even the towels they bring are filty and black they have roaches I have pictures if I could post them of the com stains the ceiling falling down and the roaches I would just nasty

While there, it was very rude to be told I didn't have to pay for a deposit and then I wanted to stay another night thinking I'm only going to have to pay $65 for the night, after following all the rules, except I will own up to my family member walking in and smoking a cigarette but I told him to immediately put it out. Which he did. But other than that I didn't have an issue except to be told quiet about the deposit and then the next day being told they needed $165. So I decided to just move to a different hotel down the street and I'm not very happy. Id rather be there but I won't pay for it.

Horrible stay
I will never stay here again. I have stayed at days inn all over the country and this is the worst one I have ever been in. First they put me in a two bed room when I bought a 1 bed room. I had to get that fixed then the locks on door is half broken and the restroom is so small you have to leave door open to be able to move around. There is holes in the wall in bathroom. The bathtub is peeling and needs replacing. The tv remote did not work. The room barely has any lights in it. And the bed is terribly uncomfortable!!! This motel needs to be shut down!!!!!!

The receptionist gave us a horrible run down room, no towels broken bed headboard also broken door and door lock, horrible paint, telephone nott working, dirty floor and rusted fixtures!!! He refused to change us to other rooms claiming that they are booked to someone else!!! Other rooms occupants were very loud, dancing and singing and drinking by the pool until a very late hour! I do not recommend to anyone!

The place is undergoing renovations- apparently, but our room appeared to have been poorly renovated. Peeling pain in tub, towels dirty, hot tub or kiddie pool filled with concrete, peeling ceiling. Our tv didn’t work so they moved us to another room. That door was broken/rusted almost in two, had an adjoining room with a missing deadbolt lock on the joining door. Poor breakfast option - not with the low rate.

The hotel has a different name on our GPS than it does on-line where I booked the reservations. Therefore we had a hard time finding it. Once we arrived we were somewhat dismayed at the "accounting" practices - we paid the required $100 and did not get any kind of receipt (even though we did have it returned when we checked out). I don't think they should take money and not give out a receipt. The actual room was okay - the sink plug would not open very far so drainage was slow. The tub had recently been repainted and the paint is peeling off and going down the drain which made the tub drain slowly. It seems like they are renovating and trying to make things look better. The free breakfast was adequate. The beds were not bad, just noisy due to the way the mattress was placed on the box spring. Overall our stay was adequate to good. It was quiet and we were able to park close to our room.

Housekeeping was a disappointment. Short on Kleenex, washcloth, hand towel. Only one small trash can and no coffee pot. They didn’t come service the room as requested at front desk. The phone didn’t work. There was pealing paint around bathroom sink. No iron with ironing board. The breakfast station was minimal. There was construction all around the parking lot. The signage was confusing to find the front door.
