There is enough spots for 1 car on the parking pad in the back. Please use street parking for any other cars. ✓ EV Charging: Level 2 EV charger located in the back parking area. Bathroom: Located directly off the bedroom, you'll be able to pamper yourself and end your day like a royalty with a refreshing shower in the newly renovated bathroom equipped with all the necessary toiletries: • Hair dryer • Toilet paper • Shampoo & Conditioner • Soap/Shower gel • Towels, Washcloths, and hand towels (even makeup removal wipes)
Other • Charcoal Grill is available (shared among all building guests) • Fire pit/table located between the chairs on the front porch (propane is NOT provided by us - feel free to exchange the tank if needed and enjoy) • Outdoor seating and dining table (shared among all building guests) • There is a large historic front porch (which is shared by all the guests of the house).

Great stay
My visit was for a business trip that was supposed to include my family but ended up only being me. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be from the picture but is a beautiful place. Great location, only a few minutes from downtown. Extremely clean! Would definitely stay there again.
This back unit was so convenient to explore all Mobile has to offer. You can walk to parks and local restaurants. It’s an easy and simple layout with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was so clean. I’m so appreciative for a perfect weekend!
