"The hotel was more than wonderful, starting from the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The professionalism of the reception staff was outstanding, as was the excellent service in the restaurant and the great variety of food offered in the buffet. The housekeeping team and the generous hospitality of Madam Samia made the stay even more special. The hotel’s location in downtown Alexandria, directly on the seaside, is truly exceptional. Watching both the sunrise and sunset with a full panoramic view of the Eastern Harbor was breathtaking — from El Silsila and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in the east all the way to the Citadel in the west. The deep blue color of the sea and the shimmering silver reflections of the sunlight on the water created an unforgettable scene. Being located in Ramleh Station, a major transportation hub, the hotel is surrounded by countless restaurants, entertainment venues, and cinemas. The historical charm of the area and Saad Zaghloul Square add even more character to the experience. The hotel’s classic architectural design carries the elegance and history of the early twentieth century, with magnificent wood craftsmanship throughout the property. Many important historical figures stayed at this hotel, including Sir Winston Churchill and the world-famous boxer Muhammad Ali. I was fortunate enough to stay in the spacious Taha Hussein Room, which had a magnificent view. This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in across"

"Highly recommend place to stay. It could be pricey but it worth every penny! You have a private access to the beach. The entire staff are friend, helpful and just awesome over all. Breakfast is great, drinks are great. Rooms are clean, and service employees are very nice! You going with family and kids? This is the place to stay at. Plus it is close to everything you might need to get or go see!"

"Good experience staying here - the staff are very polite and helpful. Reception team is accommodating, special thanks to Mostafa for his excellent customer service. Good atmosphere in Al Varanda whilst having breakfast. Helpful staff and Rimonda was extremely friendly and delivered excellent customer service. Just one thing to note to improve - the drinks should be serviced in ceramic cups as opposed to paper cups at breakfast to suit everything else in a 5-star hotel. The housekeeping team was very attentive and very good. Doaa looked after us and did a great job. Finally the spa experience was good, Nourhan and Oil massages were excellent and Nahla delivered great customer service."
