Property needs lots of work, cleaning and renovation. Total stays were three days. One day they didn’t clean our room until was 10pm. Actually until we came back at the end of the day and we complained BUT, services at the restaurant were VERY Good!!! Delicious breakfast, and great varieties…..very nice and cheerful staff. Once they know our favourite coffee, bring it over once they see us. Very welcoming people.

I really enjoyed my time there. Nice pool and lobby area. Room was nice and clean but the bathroom tub was very high and I think it was not safe because of the height and wet floor. No wash cloth size towel but they offered loffa when we requested. Also the orientation of towel bars was not the best to hang towels and clothes. Staff were polite and helpful. Nice private beach and safe to cross the busy street using the traffic light but still I would prefer a tunnel . Also the beach was not obvious to notice and I had to ask staff about it to locate it. Breakfast is expensive and I believe it should have been included with the room. Overall a nice hotel and I will choose it again.

I loved staying there; beautiful view, the beach is cleaned and maintained everyday, very clean hotel room and venue and the staff got me anything i wanted especially the buffet and beach ones however the admission personnel admitted me in a tiny double bedroom which wasn't the one i booked with wider sea view and he insisted that all rooms have the same design which wasn't the case. The breakfast buffet is delicious and has variety so does the dinner whoever it wasn't clear in the app that the dinner was a set menu not an open buffet like the breakfast. Special thanks for Mr Mohamed, Mrs Maha and Naglaa who work at the breakfast buffet and beach worker as well as the security personnel who delivered my pharmacy order to my room ♥️😍. I ll be back again ✌👍.

The room was really clean, specially Mrs Aya El Said was very nice and always make sure we don't miss anything. In the general, the customer service was great and Mr. Ayman Zein answered all our request. At the pool, it was very clean and the staff really paid attention to our needs, specifically Michael.

Although the furniture is old, the room was very clean, the staff very nice and friendly, the housekeepers were very respectful, close to touristic attractions 30 min walking to the tea island, 15-20 min by car to San Stefano mall, Alexandria bibliotheca, Roman theater, Qaitabay Citadel and 30 min to Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa

The hotel maintains a clean and professional environment with friendly and attentive staff. Notably, it offers 24/7 security. We have had exceptional experiences with several staff members, including Shaimaa (room service), Klear (customer service), Aymen (reception), and Christen (cafeteria). We also had positive interactions with managers Aymen Zen. Overall, our experience was highly enjoyable.
