A second full bathroom is conveniently located near the additional bedrooms, with a shower/tub combination. Relax with a 55" HD Smart TV, enhanced sound bar audio, and a cozy electric fireplace for ambiance on cooler desert evenings. Using the fully equipped kitchen, prepare everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the trails to a family dinner after a day of adventure. The kitchen includes a stove and oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A full-size washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothes and outdoor gear during your stay. Enjoy ice-cold air conditioning during Moab's warm summer months and cozy evenings with our indoor electric fireplace when the desert temperatures cool.

The firepit is available seasonally and may not be used during summer months or designated fire-restriction periods.

Additional overflow parking is available in the fenced dirt lot at the end of the street for extra vehicles and trailers. Our location makes it easy to bring your own toys and enjoy the incredible off-roading, mountain biking, and outdoor recreation that make Moab such a special destination.

* Additional guests: A $20 per person, per night fee applies for groups exceeding 6 guests.
* Garage: Accommodates up to two cars. Trucks are not permitted due to low clearance.
* Parking: Use the garage, driveway, designated on-street parking in front of the home, or designated overflow parking at the end of the street. Please do not block driveways. Parking in unauthorized areas may result in your vehicle being towed.
* Check-in: The home has a secure entry code, which will be provided prior to arrival.
