"This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us."

"We had a great stay here in Moab. The condo was close to the city, Arches Natl Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Communication with the manager was good. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for preparing meals. Two master bedrooms with attached baths, washer/dryer...all great!"

"The house was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with nice appliances and other cooking items. The garage has a bike stand, cable locks, and some bike tools. It's not a pros set up, but it's enough to do most bike repairs. The hosts were also very responsive and cordial with any query. Overall it was a great stay."

"I've stayed here three times over the last few years. It is a cheaper alternative to staying in Moab, this Catalina is nicer than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! Plus the Sego Canyon Indian paintings are just a few miles up the road and they are fascinating to me! Everything I want to do and see in this part of Utah is within shooting distance of Ballard Campground, it's convenient, right off the interstate, there's a gas station and 7-Eleven right there, you can't beat it! Vacationing out here...

"Overall, very lovely stay for our family of 12. We had fun picking straws to see who got the biggest room, and the kiddos enjoyed having bunk beds and stairs to run up and down. A few things we had issues with that we reported to the property management upon checkout via email, but nothing worth mentioning here since the place and location matched the Vrbo description. Would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place for large families (we had 8 adults and 4 kids)."
