Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 11A3) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community that the unit is located in) and offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Moab adventure stay

It was a great place with a grill, all the extras needed to cook well while on vacation. The heated pool kept the kids entertained every evening while we cooked after a day of adventuring out in Moab.

We loved the pool and hot tub!

We had so much fun here! It was clean and comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. The location was great — close to downtown Moab, hiking trails, Ken’s Lake, and Arches. Our favorite part of the stay was swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub. We also loved that there was a pickleball court, and a beautiful view from the master bedroom!

Moab Get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and would use it again. The only glitch was some of the emailed information about how to check in was missing or incorrect, but the staff was available to answer our questions. Also finding the unit and the street to turn onto from the highway was difficult with our after-dark arrival. A map of the complex layout would be most helpful.

Near perfect for a week just outside Moab

Great location out of town, quiet and conveniently close to Moab. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness. The home had everything needed for cooking, laundry, etc. Would have been perfect if a little cleaner before arrival, and had the beds not been so hard as other reviewers mentioned. Not like sleeping on the floor, but not a plush sleeping experience at all. Softer mattresses or even a memory foam topper would have been a better experience after a day of mountain biking and/or hiking. Will definately stay in this community again, and with this host, will just look for a unit that has better mattress reviews :0)

Good location and quiet

Generally a good location not too far from Moab but with also a great view of the mountains. We were there over Christmas and it was very quiet. We had a dog and the property was well setup to accommodate for it, with poop bags and an easily accessible patch of grass. Property management was helpful and provided timely information throughout the stay. Mostly very clean but could use a little more attention to detail. Bedside tables, TV stands, tables in the living room hadn’t been wiped in some time and a used towel from a previous customer was left hanging. We also had to wash some of the cookware before using. If you are planning to book this you may also want to check the prices listed on the property manager’s website bookvrc.com/moab-utah, I cannot confirm this but there’s a chance Vrbo charges extra fees.

Long weekend in Moab

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is a newer Rim Village condo. The beds were comfortable and the use cotton sheets. It was rainy for 2 days and the living room TV is not a smart TV and only offers 13 channels which meant no football. Roku’s are cheap and I would suggest them for all of the TV’s in the condo. VRC uses disposable bottles and with little cardboard boxes for their amenities which is so wasteful. The HOA does not offer recycling, which was a bummer. The kitchen supplies were sparse. We had 1 not new roll of paper towels for the whole stay and only 2 dish towels. I’d recommend suppling one extra roll of paper towels. I’d recommend a full kitchen inventory and resupply. The extra blankets have dog hair on them and need to be laundered. There were some maint issues we reported at check in.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at 4 the cleaning person was still at the property, I had to yell three times before she appeared down stairs. She apologized for not being done, then proceeded to mop the downstairs tile repeatedly telling us it was clean, my husband used the upstairs toilet and came down disgusted she had not cleaned underneath the toilet seat, also the toilet seat needed to be tightened down so it would not wiggle when sat on. The tub did not drain so you stood in inches of dirty water. The garage door did not open half the time with the code more detailed instructions on the entry would be helpful, an option of a keriug coffee pot would be great in the kitchen, location was great, pool was great. Large quantity of spider webs behind couch. The map in the garage was very helpful for riding. I would suggest this property to friends and family.
