The master bathroom has a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. All rooms are equipped with 43" smart TV's. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including coffee, coffee maker, skillet, crockpot and blender. Washer and Dryer in the house for convenience. Relax in the private backyard with outdoor table and BBQ grill. The view from the back deck is breath taking of the red cliffs and La Sal Mountains. Enjoy plenty of parking for all of your toys with a 2 car garage and more parking space in the front and side of the home. Just minutes from down town, 4x4 trails and National Parks. Don't forget the Foosball table! Come, relax and enjoy Moab!
