Unit was very clean, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, room layout was great for a family and the owners accommodated our request for infant beds. Very nice experience.
One of the best layouts of any remtal. Also the best stocked property- talking vegetable peelers, bicycles, coolers, games, cooking gear! First time I’ve ever NOT had to buy something for a weeks stay where we cooked a lot. Great location, we even walked home from downtown Moab one day.
Beautiful, clean, spacious property. Best amenities, stocked kitchen, supplies and linens of almost any vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Great proximity to the parks in the area, literally a few minutes from Arches. Moab is a great town with lots of shopping and restaurants. Our family had a great stay!
We’ve stayed at various condos in Moab in the past. This was by far the best. The accommodations were top notch and everything was available when cooking meals for the group. We will stay here again!

Amazing! Wow! This was the nicest rental! The hosts were great at being proactive with communications. Their attention to details that made our stay easy, comfortable and relaxing is worth applause! The house was so well stocked with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The pool was great! The house was close to town, restaurants, the Food Truck area and Arches! It was so clean and welcoming! They really thought of everything! Highly recommend!!
Home was spacious, beautifully appointed and well stocked. It was every bit as appealing as the pictures. With a professional management and cleaning team, it was easy to stay and simple to prepare for departure. Highly recommend it.
There were 8 of us total, including 2 kids. We were mountain biking for a week. The place was very big, with a well stocked kitchen. It has a nice open layout for socializing and it’s in a good location. I also like the bike repair stand and tools.
Communication was awesome. Stay was clean and orderly, cute and comfortable! Loved that it was stocked with basic spices and some food items. No yard for kids to play in, no food in pool area, pool very basic, bunk beds squeak, neighborhood was a little iffy but overall a great stay. It was centrally located, easy access to town, fitness center down the street, and impressed with management company.
It was clean, spacious, quiet. Good for a group where some people stay up, or wake up, later than others, since there was an upstairs where you could sleep some ways from the kitchen and activity center. OK views of the Portal where the Colorado River flows through west of Moab. A well stocked kitchen with utensils, graters, teapot, good knives, etc. Would be nice to have had saucepans that are not non-stick, but that was minor complaint. We saved our compost for a friend who lives in town-- That would be a nice option to have composting nearby if possible. Lots of games for rainy days. Nice windows too and a little barbecue out back. Was in a complex with a bunch of look alike spaces, but that's another minor issue. Also a large, clean garage with several bicycles to use, and a small cooler that came in handy. Several bathrooms that would help with larger groups, lots of towels and the like. Thank you!

Great place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and the few things we needed/contacted the hosts about were handled quickly. Plenty of room for our larger group and would return again.
Everything about this property was excellent! Very roomy, fully stocked, prompt communication, spotlessly clean, so comfortable! We will definitely be staying here again!! We love the location, right in town walk or bike to stores… perfect stay!
