Downtown Twin Home. Great Location. Lot's of Parking.

New to MPM's rental pool. One of the closest Cottonwoods condos to Main Street. Lots of parking, 2 car garage with 2 car driveway. Highest speed internet Moab offers (1 GB). Great location if you need to work while in town. Walking distance to Moab's great restaurant scene. Just a few blocks from Swanny City Park where the April Action Car Show is held, as well as the pickup location for the Moab Half Marathon. The MRAC (Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center) is also within a few blocks and offers lap swimming, water slides, diving boards and more.

Leisure Space ~ 327 is a pet friendly condo. There will be a $20/night/pet fee. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost to the reservation before you are charged.

The home was lovely, clean and neat. A refreshing place to land after long day of driving. We did not use the pool facilities, wish we had more time to explore and hang out. Highly recommend this home.

The host was very helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect. The home was a bit aged, but well cared for. The reason for only 4 stars were the following: Some dog droppings remaining in the back yard, some of the dishes were not clean, a light fixture was sitting on the night stand with exposed wires on the wall and the master bed squeaked every time you moved, woke us up all night long.

The actual space was great- comfortable, clean, spacious and convenient. However, the way things are being managed at this property is unsafe. We were sleeping when another client, who had the same door code, WALKED INTO OUR BEDROOM at 10:00 pm. When I booked the condo a month ago, I was given the door code and it has not been changed, many people have access to this property.
