The property was great, and exactly as advertised. We used the pool and hot tub on one day and it was great and well maintained also. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and silverware and spices, but we used paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils. We left a minimum footprint. The jacuzzi tub was great but ran out of hot water fairly quick. The punch in code did not work, so we had to get the code to the lock box for the key. It worked, so the customer assist line was great. We had no interaction with the property manager. We were very pleased with the decor.
I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The house was stunning and Spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely consider returning in the future!
Very near to the Arches NP and Moab downtown.
Great property! Very clean, had everything we needed. The only negative was that pool and hot tub were under construction so we couldn’t use it. Also little bit of a drive to Arches where we spent 3 full days. Would definitely recommend. Exceptionally clean!

Beautiful home
This home is more than what is described. It is spacious, clean, well decorated and taken care of, comfortable, very short walk to pool and hot tub, close to all Moab activities, and close to 2 National Parks. Vacasa is amazing in taking care of their customers… answers immediately.

Lovely Condo
We had a lovely weekend in Moab, celebrating our anniversary. The condo was nice, in a quiet area, and had almost everything you could ask for. The key-code lockbox is funky, so it took several tries each time to get it to make it through the entire code before unlocking. Other than that, everything was great!
It's a good place to stay while visiting national parks. I would recommend it. The only thing I didn't like was the difficulty with locking and unlocking the doors. Communications with the property management could have been better too.
Very nice Condo which was clean and very presentable. You are very close to town but not too close as to have the noise and hustle and bustle. When the listing states it is close to Arches national park they are not kidding.. 15min drive. The check-in process was easy and communication was good with the property management company. I would definitely consider staying again if we go and visit UT again in the future.
This was the perfect home base for our family's trip to Moab. It was big, clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and the kids loved cooling off in the pool following a day of adventures. Highly recommend!

Very nice. Would recommend having unit treated for ants. Carpets appeared quite dirty as well. Decor needs some updating. Overall I was very happy with the unit and all the kitchen essentials provided. I especially appreciated the laundry soap/softener being left for me. Communication regarding how we would enter unit and all the rules outlined very clearly. I appreciated that.

Comfortable, but good use some improvements
Overall, the 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo was in good condition. Small things make a difference for us. We appreciated the dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, cooler, pool noodles, and there was enough toilet paper for the 3 nights we stayed for 4 people. The vaulted ceilings made the space fill much bigger, and the primary bathroom was huge. The street and neighborhood are very quiet. You can see the tops of the red cliffs from the living room from one of the windows.
Some things to consider that would improve the property, if the owners would like to add them: pizza cutter (used a knife to get the job done), tissues (had to use toilet paper to blow noses), new frying pans or cooking spray (making pancakes was a disaster), and coffee filters that fit the coffee machine would have saved a ton of time fishing out floating coffee grinds. There was also a layer of dust around the entire kitchen backsplash, a creepy spider (now deceased) in the corner of the primary bedroom, and a weird dirt/weed circle in the yard. We might have missed in the description that we had to take our trash to the dumpster, but we ended up making a few car trips to do that.
There was an issue with 2 of the 3 bathroom sinks not draining, but maintenance came out the day of to fix.
It's an 18-minute drive to the entrance of Arches National Park.
We didn't use the outdoor grill or table because it was too hot to cook and sit out on the patio, but they are there. The living/kitchen area are nice too.
This place was close to perfect but had 1 minor issue and 1 less minor issue.
We have been vrboing for about 5 years. We stayed here for 1 week, shorter than our usual stay but, I expect, a bit longer than the typical reviewer of this property. We love to cook and usually need a break from “road food”. The outdoor grill, kitchen, appliances, dishware, and glassware were fabulous. The eating utensils and cookware certainly worked adequately but were a bit below average in our experience. We used only 2 pans, both of which were chipped, scratched and below average quality. We did cook our food in them but, had we stayed much longer, would have bought better pans and left them, something we have done before. One of them, as well as the dishrack and underlying drain mat, seemed to have been put away somewhat unclean and unused for awhile. We washed and used them.
The other issue is that we were unable to contact the owner/agent for the entire week. Fortunately there were no major issues. We intended to inform them about a few minor maintenance issues such as ceiling bulbs being out, a wet floor near an outside door after a very heavy rain and a few other minor issues. For some reason the number that was described as the contact number was not answered anytime during the week, even though our phones were working fine. We left a note re these issues when we left.
To finish on a high note, the facility, location, size and roominess, furniture, bedrooms beds and bedding, bathrooms and towels, electronics including TVs and wifi, and kitchen space were great and we would stay there again. Definitely 5 star but for the above issues that probably matter less to others than to us.

A/C was horrible
We arrived to find that the owner had the a/c thermostat locked to a small range of temperature settings. The fridge and freezer were set to a warm temperature, we almost lost food waiting for it to cool down. The floors in the kitchen were sticky. The Vasca team were helpful where they could be but the a/c situation made this place a disappointment for the money. I will not be back! Check before you book this place if you are used to a comfortable temperature it gets hot fast!!!!!!!
