"We were informed very late that we couldn't access rooms until 1 hour after standard time. When given access we found one room not cleaned. When informing staff we only got options: wait for "someone" to clean room or take another room, without sea view. We asked them to clean the room. When "done", we still found bins not emptied and no towels. Asked for new towels and were promised them. Finally had to go down for them myself. Porter nice enough but hotel totally understaffed. "When we arrived at 5PM the hotel was practically on cruise control, meaning no staff around. It was not a problem, our key was in an envelope at the reception and we didn't need anything else. The breakfast was very good. We got a late check out which allowed us to freshen up in the room after a brief hike at Mons Klimt. This was very much appreciated! Thanks again!"
