“Shinano Free-Range Chicken Hot Pot” 3,300 yen per serving *Ingredient Information
Free-range chicken: Raised in the natural environment of Northern Shinano (5 birds per square metre), where they roam freely and drink spring water.
All other ingredients are also freshly harvested locally. Please enjoy this chicken hot pot that can only be found in Nagano (^^)
Hot Pot Contents: Free-range chicken thighs, grilled tofu, assorted mushrooms, napa cabbage, spring onions, carrots, garland chrysanthemum, shirataki noodles, and ojiya (rice, egg, and chopped spring onions)


“Karuizawa Highlands Lettuce Shabu-shabu Hot Pot (April–October only)” 3,300 yen per serving *Ingredient details:
We purchase lettuce directly from farmers in Karuizawa. All other ingredients are also freshly harvested locally. Please enjoy this lettuce hot pot, available only in Karuizawa(^^)


“Mushroom Rice (Available November–March Only)” 2,530 yen per serving *Ingredient Information:
Mushrooms: Locally sourced from Shinshu

“Outdoor” (Café, Wood Deck, or Barbecue House; wood-burning stove + vinyl curtains in winter) Starting at 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PM (2 hours). Please reserve your start time:BBQ: 4,950 yen per person (beef chunks, pork, chicken thighs, seafood, vegetables, Shinshu mushrooms, Karuizawa sausages, yakisoba; contents vary by season, but we are committed to using Shinshu-grown ingredients). Please enquire about additional ingredients.
*If you bring your own drinks, a 550-yen per person corkage fee will apply.
*We also offer an all-you-can-drink plan for alcoholic drinks (draft beer, red and white wine, and sours; 90 minutes for 1,650 yen) and a non-alcoholic all-you-can-drink plan (oolong tea, ginger ale, cola, and orange juice; 90 minutes for 1,100 yen).
