I loved my stay at the Sea Dweller Inn. It was clean, quiet, and everything I needed my getaway to be. I appreciated the airport pickup and drop off, particularly as you really do need a car to venture further than an hour away.

Simply lovely. Was originally scheduled for one night and added more where there was availability just to spend more time there. Completely restructured a three week tour of Japan thanks to the wonderful experience I had at Sea Dweller.

My favorite lodging on this trip. Comfortable, nearly silent room. (I say nearly, but I did not notice a noise when falling asleep, and was never woken up.) The staff is always available unless driving someone to the airport or a local attraction, he was helpful with the kitchen, and generally a kind and friendly person. I would structure an entire vacation around spending more time both at Sea Dweller and in Aoshima.

This is a nice little spot to stop in for a more traditional Japanese Inn experience for your stay in Aoshima. From the outside, it appears like a large house with a trailer on the property and a yard space large enough to fit a few vehicles. There is a sign at the front door that lets you know it is the Sea-Dweller Inn. The rooms are open Tatami with a table in the center. Cushions, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc are all found in the closet space to build your bed as you see fit. There is a toilet on both floors and a shower room in the downstairs, with the basic amenities needed. I arrived late at night and was greeted by the owner and his son. The owner spoke Japanese and his son could also translate in English. It was a very comfortable place to stay with a family business feel, rather than a chain hotel. Would recommend for a more authentic local experience.

Me and my friend had an amazing stay at Sea Dweller! The host was super nice and helped drive us to and from the beach and train station, even though it is easily walkable. He also recommended some great dining options. Would definitely come back!

Good Memories from Aoshima

5 stars for the owners kindness and hospitality. He drove us to a supermarket to buy some food, took us to Aoshima and drove us to the airport the day we left. He was super friendly offer to the photos and help us make our trip pleasant. We stayed in the trailer. It was the first time to stay in a trailer for my wife and son. They loved it and I am sure it will be a great family memory for all of us. オーナーの親切さとおもてなしに星5つです。私たちをスーパーまで車で連れて行ってくれたり、青島まで案内してくれたり、出発の日には空港まで送ってくれました。とてもフレンドリーで、写真を撮ってくれたり、旅を快適に過ごせるようにいろいろと助けてくれました。私たちはトレーラーに宿泊しました。妻と息子にとっては初めてのトレーラー体験でしたが、とても気に入って、家族みんなの素敵な思い出になったと思います。

素泊まりで利用しましたが、お部屋にサンルームや縁側もあり、子連れでしたが不満な点はなかったです。お風呂や食事は外で済ませましたが車で5分ちょっとのところに温泉もあってよかったです！お部屋にあった食事やカフェ、温泉などのマップもあり助かりました！

部屋にいつのかわからないゴミがあった。 シーツはあるがマットレスにシーツのみだったが敷きマットがあると衛生的。 トイレの鍵が壊れてるのか、窓が開いてるとすぐにドアが全開になる。 キッチンが使いにくい印象を受けた。 タオルは借りれるが統一されてないので衛生面が気になった。

最基本的水沒有提供，二樓3間房只有ㄧ間廁所男女共用，連洗手盥洗的地方都沒提供。一樓也有大通舖，只有一間男女共用的浴室，毛巾浴巾全部放在浴室外的櫃子，10幾個人入住，使用上真的很不方便。

위치 조용하고, 사장님친절하시지만 전철내려서 한참걸어서 가야함(교통편없는듯). 다다미방에 매트리스가 불편하고, 샤워장도 1개라 사람이 많으면 불편. 주방도 협소하여 불편함.

空港で借りた車で宿到着時、5、6台入れるスペースが満車で入れず私宛のメモに宿主の携帯電話にかけたら満車の事情の説明がありしばらく時間置いて戻れるとの事なので宮崎タウンで食事をして戻って事なきを得ました。携帯のやり取りで宿主が食事はどうするか、はいいんですが、お風呂にはいるか、別のスーパー銭湯を推奨してますとか、聞き捨てのならない発言、結局シャワーだけ浴びさしてください、とシャワーだけに。第一印象すこぶる悪かったけど、帰る時は宿主の人柄が見えてきて昨日の印象の悪さは忘れましたが。民宿久しぶりだけどこんな感じかと自分に言い聞かせて宿泊を終えました。

いい感じの宿です

1泊だけでしたが人柄の良いマスターさんとお話しできてよかったです。腰痛持ちの私にとって分厚いマットレスは助かりました。テレビはありませんが、それもまたいい感じでした。無料Wi-Fiあります。👍 お世話になりました。またリピートします。
