"Wonderful experience from the provided pajamas, to the massage chairs, to breakfast and the late night ramen meal. The onsen area was very clean and was a wonderful relaxing experience. I would have more benches or chairs for people to sit on, in the lobby, while taking off and putting on shoes."

"The rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. They held our bags while we checked in, which saved us a lot of stress. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and offers a shuttle service to and from the station."
