Very nice hotel, rig

Everything was great, but the AC doesn’t work was super hot and it doesn’t work. Room number 1810 as she doesn’t work.

A very nice property, pool is quiet and the staff is excellent there, thank you to Jasmine for taking such good care of us❤️. We have stayed at this property several times and like that is not that typical Vegas hotel, much more upscale with a professional staff all around. Only negative was that we needed to leave a day earlier than booked due to a family issue at home and gave the hotel a notice 2 days prior to us leaving and they still would not give us a refund for the night we never used. I understand hotels have their policies but for a loyal customer traveling with a special needs daughter I would have hoped they could have made an exception under the circumstances but they chose not to. Still a great hotel if you want a quiet professional setting in Vegas.

Rooms are not comfortable…no space for personal items or grooming etc. poor lighting ..do not provide coffee or water in lobby.

The breakfast was not as good as we are use to.
