Excellrnt downtown location. The facility and rooms are clean, quiet, and uniquely decorated. Beds and linens are very comfortable. My only critique of the room was that it needed more racks or hooks for hanging wet towels. The coffee shop offered excellent products. The only negative was lack of parking, although the staff was very helpful in tjis regard. Valet service is available for $20/night, which I used on Saturday because it was late and the streets were crowded. There’s a reasonable garage a block away, although daily spots are limited. Otherwise, it's on-street parking - which is fine IF spots are available - and you either move your car or pay for parking before 9 am, when the "meter-man" comes checking.

A very good option to stay in downtown Missoula. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the wool Pendleton blanket as winter had returned in May! We loved the stainless steel bathroom cups and the refillable soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion! Way to practice sustainability….the next step is no plastic trash liners!! The morning coffee was very good, a nice full flavor dark roast. Parking was not an issue as street parking is free after 5 pm.

There is a wonderful cafe called Black Coffee beside the lobby. The food and coffees are fantastic! The hotel reminds me of European hotels where the rooms surround a private courtyard... beautiful! The rooms are lovely and clean with extremely comfortable beds. The only drawback is there isn't free parking at the hotel. Parking is on the street or a garage a block away and it's all paid parking during the day.
