The Ivy House offers comfort and easy access to the best of Missoula and surrounding nature. This centrally located stand-alone townhome offers plenty of natural light, a clean, contemporary design, and the modern conveniences of a new home all the while boasting views of the Bitterroot Mountains from the westward-facing balcony. Ivy House is located along a bike path with easy access to the Clark Fork River and Downtown Missoula.

Located in the Riverfront neighborhood, this is a highly sought after location which offers plenty of character, charm and convenience. There is easy access to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries. The bike path runs right by the house and the University of Montana and Downtown Missoula are both a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. A 15 minute drive will get you to some of Missoula’s most popular trailheads and access to the natural beauty of Montana.

The main floor of this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home feels bright and airy with an open floor plan and a well-appointed kitchen featuring new appliances and plenty of counterspace, a dining area, and a cozy living room allowing a space for communal gathering, cooking, dining, and entertainment. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms on the second floor with a walk-in closet and a large bathroom in the primary. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has a twin bed with a trundle bed and a desk. The balcony features Mountain views, comfortable seating a hammock for relaxation.

We had a great visit to Missoula and this house was excellent anchor for the visit. Place itself is great and conveniently located in a nice residential neighborhood just a short drive (and doable walk) from downtown. Located very close to a bike path. House is modern, clean, well-equipped. Definitely recommend.

Great property! Has everything thing from plenty of clean towels, extra blankets, well appointed kitchen. Overall very organized, clean and comfortable. The local art on the walls, local organic coffee and local brew in the fridge a thoughtful and appreciated bonus! There is a low grade hum from a nearby generator that runs at night, but it was more like white noise and not a problem for the sensitive sleepers in my crew. Traintracks across the street but only heard the train once during our 5 day stay. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great location, nice house, great property manager (Greg) if I had any questions. Only issue, heater in ceiling rarely worked but fire place sure did! Water pressure pretty light but they have dry sauna...Wow, that's nice! Over all, great stay. Would stay there again.

Beautiful modern property within close proximity to the Hip Strip/downtown shopping/restaurants. The property owners were very prompt and polite with their responses to our inquiries. Highly recommend!

the home is wonderful and well appointed. it's comfortable, clean, and the owner is communicative and responsive. the only minor things to note are that the home is across the street from some sort of generator that creates a fair amount of persistent white noise at night and it is on a relatively busy street.

This is a lovely, very clean, two story town house. It has a well stocked kitchen for cooking.. It is located very close to hospital, which is why we rented. Very quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive when we texted him. I cannot say enough good things about the rental.
