"Short stay for us. Eldan location was perfect for our visit, close to restaurants, shopping, bars and tourist attractions. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Price was reasonable. Didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment on the food. "

"I don't know where to begin, but this is the nicest hotel we have enjoyed in Jerusalem. The staff was incredible. The room is modern, comfortable and relaxing. AC and instant hot water, but with giant windows if you prefer. The architecture is stunning in the views from the tower that you can go to at the top let you view all of the old city. "Upgraded our rooms and had lounge access. Bathroom was beautiful and amenities were great! Very lovely stay!"

"In the middle of the night, all the electricity went out. We were moved twice to a room inferior to the one we had paid for. The next day the hotel manager refused to offer a discount because of this inconvenience. I would not recommend staying there"
