"Excellent Stay Even Under Extraordinary Circumstances. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the room was tidy, comfortable, and very clean. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. I stayed here on the night Aomori Prefecture experienced the 7.6-magnitude earthquake, and the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They provided clear instructions in both Japanese and English, stayed calm and professional, and made sure guests felt safe and reassured throughout the night. By the next morning, everything was running like normal, which was impressive given the circumstances. They even had the shuttle running to get me to the airport without any issues. Great service, excellent hospitality, and a hotel that truly cares about its guests. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Newly renovated Japanese-style room, eg. tatami, kotatsu table, floor mattresses, etc; lots of antique aspects (it’s an old samurai residence)! Staff was lovely, room is spacious and clean, washroom is clean and modern. The place also has a connected restaurant that specializes in gyoza and it was top notch. If anything, I’d recommend this place on vibes alone!!! "

"It’s an old hotel, but clean. The rooms are fairly small, but it’s fine for a business trip. The only bad point is that the staff insists on making a copy of ID even for foreign residents. "

"Basic hotel directly in front of Honhachinohe Station. Rooms small but clean. Large TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc. Easy 10 minutes walk to Main Street with many restaurants."
