"The heated towel rail in bathroom didnt work, only had 1x knife and fork so had to ask reception for another set. Frypan was old and warped so made it hard to cook anything."

"Would definitely stay here again but cirst off theres no microwave and thats fine honestly. Wasnt a huge hassle tbh but could be something that would turn people off. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Main issues were definitely just the amenities, the fridge freezer was a little broken so it slushied all our drinks since the cold leaked from it. Shower was also a little wonky, despite wanting warm water, it would go very cold to very hot for a second which can be unpleasant at times. However its a comfy stay, lots of parking and room, convenient location to explore the central town."

"Everything i experienced was just as it should of been. I arrived past closing for the day, my room was all setup and a quick phone call got me off and running. The food was superb and the staff all friendly and helpful. I will be back."

"Hot tub and the view are highlights in this House, very fast and very good communication. For german cafe drinkers is no Equipment available, but we are in NZ and cannot expect that. All in one, it was a nice stay in this wonderful house."

"Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point."

"Truly the best vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail considered that we might need, clean and ready for us and warm on a cold rainy day. These hosts should be hired to train other Vrbo hosts how to do this well. Great hospitality but also just simply well done on every level."
