"Staffing was excellent except for a guy that was not dress professional for front desk and he was laidback when I told him the shower curtain was dirty or had mold also the sink was clogged up in the bathroom it was fix the same day thank to the front desk manager breakfast was all pork meats but the other parts was ok I had high expectations for this hotel because I stayed at their Location in Marietta Georgia and I loved it"

"No kitchen at all, definitely did not look or feel like the photos listed. My room was dirty and stained and rusted, etc. I did have a mini fridge and microwave. No air in the bathroom so it stayed hot in there. Locks on doors didn't feel secure and safe. Very very close to the beach so if that is what you want this is it! "

"No beach view from the room i was in, but the walk to the beach took just a couple of minutes."

"The customer service was phenomenal and the staff was very accommodating and flexible. I called last minute to ask about checking in early, and they were happy to make it work for us, which I really appreciated. Parking was also convenient and easy. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. It didn’t seem like the sink or floors had been properly cleaned, and while the bed was okay, the overall room just did not feel clean. There were also multiple bugs on the ceiling and walls, including three spiders in the bathroom. The customer service was great, but the condition of the room made the stay not ideal"

"I love staying here. The staff is always personable and I love the direct access to the beach and view. Hopefully next time they will have the additional elevator fixed because sometimes they wait for the elevator is a little long but they do have stairs available. The tropical is such a good restaurant. I will be back soon. This is the only place that I enjoy staying."
